Who is Iain McLean?

Originally from the UK Iain wrote short films. Early success brought work writing for production companies in Canada and India and a move to Los Angeles to write for CBS & NBC.

But it's his urban noir that really sets him apart. Imagine the bastard lovechild of Charles Bukowski and Michael  Connelly and you have Iain's work.

Iain now lives in Melbourne, Australia and splits his time between UX Writing, Content Strategy and writing novels.

"During the writer's strike I was given the chance to work on a book with R. J. Eisner. The novel Self Affirmation For The Dead was published as a result.

Self Affirmation For The Dead was listed in the top 5 on the Harper Collins site Authonomy.com"

Download Self Affirmation For The Dead if you like to read Hunter S. Thompson, Chuck Palahniuk or Charles Bukowski. Let's be honest - who doesn't?

"This could be the best calling card I've come across in a long time. You've created a very powerful script that parodies and dissects your industry. I want to see this film!"
